Matt Savner - Founder

Matt Savner is the owner of MASSIVE MEDIA MS. He grew up in Atlanta, Georgia, and moved to

Mississippi in 1999. He graduated from Long Beach High School in 2003 and earned a BAFA in graphic

design from ITT Tech. Matt has been a professional paintball player, and is the president of a car club.

He got into the local music scene as well. After the birth of his daughter, Lillia, in 2007, Matt had a near-

death experience and got inspired to improve what happens on his “dash” – meaning the dash on your

tombstone between the date you were born and the date you die. That dash represents your life, and

he wanted to make the most of his time. He immersed himself fully in the music scene, and found a

community of people who help each other while playing great music. While not a musician himself, Matt

wanted to find a way to help elevate musicians to whatever level they desire. This is why he created

Massive Media. Matt’s goal is to see each band he partners with achieve MASSIVE success.

Makayla Mouring - Booking/ Management

Makayla Mouring will be booking shows and doing promotions. She was born in Gulfport, Mississippi, lived in Alabama for a short time during her childhood, then moved to Saucier, Mississippi, a small town just north of Gulfport, when she was in elementary school. Though she’s traveled to a lot of places, Makayla always finds herself back in Saucier, and she lives there

currently. Music has always been a big part of Makayla’s life. She was infatuated with it ever since she was a little girl. She sang in talent shows and in some cover bands growing up, and heavily immersed herself in the music scene about 10 years ago. The first successful metal show Makayla booked, organized, and promoted was her own birthday event a few years ago. She went on to join the Gulf Coast Metal Alliance and attended any Gulf Coast rock and metal events she was able to. Makayla organized a lot of shows locally, including Headbanging For Hunger. That event started out as a way to help the less fortunate around Thanksgiving time, and grew into specifically raising money and collecting food for US veterans in need. Makayla has worked with a long list of metal and hard rock bands, including Southern Brutality and Teratoma, the bands that played her birthday bash a few years ago that started things for her. She joined forces with Massive Media after seeking out From Ashes Within for her March Madness Metal event this year, and she credits Gene Broome from Spade Image for putting in a good word for her. Makayla’s goal is to help get bands more exposure and into more venues and different cities. She says the only way to get people into new music is to bring the bands to their venues. Makayla is also a tattoo artist, which she

says is truly a dream job. She loves being able to express herself artistically, and says it also helps with creating flyers and artwork for bands.

Sabrina Graley – Massive Media “Merch Goddess”

Sabrina Graley is the MASSIVE MEDIA MS “Merch Goddess”. She grew up in St. Martin, Mississippi, and currently lives in Long Beach. Sabrina says she started doing band merch as a hobby out of “boredom”.

When the pandemic hit, she had nothing to do at home. She started out making resin crafts, and that expanded into other things. Sabrina reached out to Scotti Redd, Project Nine guitarist, and asked if she could make some items for the band and to help support them. Scotti has been her tester ever since. What kind of merch does Sabrina make? She says, “I make t-shirts and hoodies. I can slap some vinyl on just about any surface you present me with. I can also etch metal and glass items. I've made koozies, and lately I've been dabbling in resin guitar pics. But I’m open to any and all ideas brought to me.” Sabrina says one of the key tools she uses in her art is vinyl. “Any and all colors. I use a vinyl cutting machine for all the heavy lifting, but sometimes it doesn’t like my projects. I’ve had to hand-cut some vinyl, so a good exacto knife is always handy. A heat press is also a must.” Sabrina says her kids get involved helping, and her husband, Eric, has been very supportive. Project Nine is the first band Sabrina started working with, and she has also worked with Massive Media bands Love The Hate, Rise The Phoenix, and Fate Effect. Other bands she has helped include NVSN and Hopout. In addition, she has done projects for MassiveMedia, J. Eagle Audio, and Herbal Alternatives.
